Summit software makes it very simple to run a report of injections administered in a given day. 

First, you will want to navigate to the Injections window under System Management. 

Depending on your environment's configuration, you may have a Quick Access Button that takes you there, as well.

This window defaults to a list of all injections given, but you can filter this by clicking the filter icon and then setting, for instance, your date range. Feel free to filter by other columns if appropriate.

Once you are satisfied with the output, click Download CSV and Download with PII to get a spreadsheet of the relevant data.
