Summit software makes it easy to see information about your patients. To access a patient chart, search for them in the Patient Search field.
Tip: You can search for a patient by their last name, first name, date of birth, or MRN/chart number.
Once you have accessed the patient, you will see the Patient Header. The header contains all the information pertinent to the patient.
Depending on your configuration, there may also be a Screen open by default in the body of the patient chart. A common one is pictured below, but yours may look different. You can navigate to other Windows, Screens, or Workflows in the User Menu.
You will also see a series of Quick Buttons in the main header. These buttons are configured to open specific Screens or Windows. Some typical ones include the Order Entry Screen, Prescription Order Window, and the Injection History Window although your configuration may feature others, too.
